Stories behind our collections : The Olivia

Over the next few months we will be delving into the personalities behind our kitchen door designs. Our showroom displays are more than just a painted wood door, but have been aptly named after our family, pets and personalities with valid reasons! Perhaps you will see one that strikes a resemblance to you, or someone close in your family too!

First up we have the Olivia. If I had to sum up my beautiful teenage daughter in 3 words it would be elegant, gentle and a hardworker!

Our own designed slim beading, matched with a delicate mouldon the door and a slim shaker certainly brings out our daughters elegance. We wanted to create a door that spoke country elegance with a traditional handcrafted feel.

We love seeing and using wood in our kitchens, so when we decided to spray our ash wood, we ensure to subtly bring out the characterful and delicate woodgrain, giving the painted ash a gentle appearance. With so many unique, beautiful touches, this collection takes time and dedication to create in our workshop. It might be hard work, but its one that certainly pays off everytime for all time.
